Olivia Fox and Brian Larsen adopted Strawberry from Animal Place earlier this year. Strawberry is one of 800 hens saved from a pasture-based farm using birds for eggs. When Strawberry fell ill from an unknown leg injury, vets advised Olivia and Brian keep Strawberry off her legs.

So they built her a sling! When they saw she was getting bored, they made sure she had some proper entertainment and set up a tablet so she could watch some nature documentaries.
