Got sent a fake PAM 111 in trade. Something wasn't right when I picked this up and looked at it. The screws in the movement gave it away. So had to confirm and compared it to a PAM 112 L. The weight and feel of the fake 111 was very accurate. No blue tint AR coating, dial letter was near perfect, nice clean cut numbers on the dial. Metal finish was nearly same and exact. But when you look really close you can see the inaccuracies. This was the best fake I have ever come across. And I come across a lot of fake watches at my shop... Hope this video helped some of you to spot some out or has informed you enough. Please do not email me with questions on IDing fakes, as there are so many variations and qualities of fakes it's really a case by case thing. I am not affiliated with Panerai.
